Flight Deck EFB

Everything for the sector, in one flight record.

The AviNex crew app organises each assigned flight into clear sections, so the crew can prepare, accept, fly and complete the sector from one place — online or offline.

Illustrative interface. Sample data.

Your flights

The crew sees assigned flights by date, downloads the flight package, and gets a clear message if a package is incomplete while offline. Packages stay with the account that downloaded them.

Flight sections

Eight sections, one flight

Dashboard

Route description, flight profile, weight and fuel summary, crew members, dispatcher remarks, ATC flight plan, passenger load and takeoff and landing data.

Stations

Departure, destination and alternate airports with METAR, TAF and NOTAMs, including FIR NOTAMs. Add info stations for additional airports.

Chart

Airport charts and procedures for the flight's stations, available offline.

Documents

Flight documents from operations, with preview and crew uploads.

Weight & Fuel

OFP fuel plan and weight summary, reviewed figures checked against aircraft limits such as MZFW and maximum block fuel, fuel requests with density conversion, and fuel uplift records with supplier, voucher and receipt.

Flight Log

OUT, OFF, ON and IN times, waypoint ETO and ATO, direct-tos and manual waypoints, delays with IATA delay codes, fuel figures, autoland and clearance remarks, signed by the captain.

RVSM

Left, right and standby altimeter entries checked against your validation profile. Unsaved entries are kept as an on-device draft.

History

Every change to the flight after release, with source and time.

Accept or decline, with a signature

The captain accepts a dispatched flight with a signature. If something is wrong, the captain declines with a reason and operations can redispatch. The METAR and TAF current at acceptance are kept with the flight.

Takeoff and landing data

Record runway, runway condition, V-speeds, flap setting and flex temperature for takeoff, and Vref, Vapp and related speeds for landing, using the fields your operation configures. AviNex records these values; it does not calculate aircraft performance.

Stay current

  • Update banners show when operations has changed something after release.
  • Notifications alert the crew to flight and document updates.
  • Priority notices must be read before the EFB opens.

Complete the flight

Completion checks highlight missing entries. The captain completes the flight with a signature, and AviNex generates the completed flight report for operations.
