Operations Console

Run the EFB from one web console.

Operations and administrators use the AviNex console to follow each flight, keep crews informed, manage content and control access.

Operations Console

Flights

Browse flights by date and open a flight to see its overview, passengers, crew, documents, flight log, RVSM entries, completed flight package, timeline and change history. See which flights were accepted, declined (with reason) or redispatched.

Notices

Publish operational notices with rich content, categories, effective and expiry dates, and revisions. Target notices by fleet type and crew type, mark priority notices that crew must read before using the EFB, and see who has read each revision.

Document library

Organise manuals and documents in folders, target folders to fleet types and crew types, and let crews download and read them offline. Large files are supported.

Airport packages

Build airport chart packages for offline use on crew devices.

Completed flight reports

Each completed flight produces a report package: a PDF and spreadsheet report, CSV summaries of the flight, waypoints, crew and fuel, an activity log, flight documents and fuel receipts.

Analytics

Flight KPIs and volume trends, fleet utilisation, airport activity, storage use and an executive summary.

Administration

Administration

  • Organisations, fleet types and users.
  • Role- and permission-based access, with permissions defined per feature.
  • Contracts, licences and device usage: see licensed devices, terminate a device and approve reactivation.
  • Storage usage per organisation.
  • Ingested file monitoring to follow incoming flight plan files.

We'll show flights, notices, the document library and completed flight reports.
