These Terms govern your use of the website www.avinexsys.com (the “Website”), operated by AviNex (“we”, “us”).

The Website is a public marketing website. The AviNex products (Flight Deck EFB, Cabin EFB and Operations Console) are provided only under separate written agreements with customers; these Terms do not grant any right to use them.

Information only

The Website describes AviNex and its products for information. It is not an offer and does not form a contract. We may change or remove content at any time. Product screens shown on the Website are illustrative and use sample data.

Not for operational use

Nothing on the Website may be used for flight planning, flight operations or any operational decision. Operational information must come from your operator’s approved procedures and official sources.

Acceptable use

You must not:

• interfere with, overload or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website or its infrastructure;
• send automated, bulk or misleading submissions through the demo request form;
• submit another person’s details without their permission;
• use the Website in breach of applicable law.

Intellectual property

The Website content and the AviNex name and logo are owned by AviNex or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own information. Any other use requires our prior written permission.

Application access

The “Login” link leads to the AviNex application at panel.avinexsys.com. Access is limited to authorised users of AviNex customer organisations and is governed by the applicable customer agreement.
